Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Advisors

Location: Luton (or willing to locate)

Salary & Benefits: £18,000 per annum depending on experience, competitive benefits package, Mon-Fri 8:30 - 5:30 and the opportunity for fast track progression within a global organisation.



Our client, a global organisation who employees more than 90,000 staff, who provide services in over 40 languages from 125 delivery centres across the globe are seeking Bilingual Customer Service Advisors in their buzzing Luton office. As a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with inbound calls and conduct a number of outbound calls to varied individuals internationally whilst reporting in to the Team Leader.



The principal responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Service Advisors:

* Handling native language customer contacts, including responding to incoming phone calls and correspondence in the form of letters, emails and faxes
* Delivering service excellence by efficiently problem-solving and reacting to customer situations in a professional, polite and clear manner
* Understanding and applying the brand policies & empowerment to resolve the customer service requests raised, or creating & agreeing action plans to lead to resolution
* Accurate logging of all contacts and following up on action plans using a case management system
* Liasing with brand retailers, field managers and internal departments to develop service request resolutions & action plans





The successful Bilingual Customer Service Advisors will have:

* 1-2 years customer service experience within a similar role, will accept retail depending on experience
* Native speaker and effective written and verbal communication in English. Microsoft Office applications & E-mail.
* Ability to work under pressure and deal with a customer in demanding situations, to learn quickly in a changing environment, to use own initiative and make decisions, ability to prioritise and manage own workload
* Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
* Ability to operate a Desktop Computer System and possess a familiarity of Operating System (Windows 2000), MS Word & Excel.
