We are currently recruiting for an Agent Coordinator for an award winning UK debt collection agency in Kent. As a new member of the adimistration team, you will effectively manage the interface between clients and agents to maximise cash collection whilst ensuring excellent service and performance standards.
Some of the roles you will undertake as an Agent Coordinator:
Support agents' collection activities by communicating client updates with agents
Record disputes fully and ensure review files meet internal procedure standards
Negotiate new agent contracts and rates
Maintain service level and Data Protection Agreements with agents
The ideal Agent Coordinator candidate will:
Have strong communication skills
Display the ability to influence and negotiate
Be very customer focused and have excellent rapport building
Show brilliant teamwork ability
Be able to work with initiative in order to focus on quality, achievements and self-improvement
Have excellent literate and numerate keyboard skils
