The Superior Healthcare Group is a specialist provider of complex care and agency staffing services with offices located in East and West Kent. In October 2014 we were proud to become Kent's first Living Wage Healthcare Employer.
Our Complex Care Division supports children, young people and adults who have complex health conditions to live independently and in their family homes.
We now have vacancies for Registered Children's Nurses to join the team that helps to support a three year old girl with complex needs in her family home.
We are ideally looking for Paediatric Nurses, however we would consider Registered General Nurses, who have had at least one years experience supporting children with complex needs.
Suitable applicants would ideally have experience of supporting of children with Neurological mutation disorder, symptomatic Epilepsy and Global Development Delay; experience of supporting children who are PEG fed, would be desirable but is not essential as full training will be provided by a lead nurse. You must have a valid driving licence and access to your own car as you will be required to commute to and from shifts.
You must be able to commit to at least two day/night shifts per week.
As a member of our complex care team, you will be an ambassador for The Superior Healthcare Group and complete your duties in accordance with our mission statement of delivering excellence in care. You will benefit from a choice of placements, regular working hours by agreement, excellent rates of pay paid weekly, free training and uniforms. You will receive a full induction linked to Skills for Care's Care Certificate and ongoing clinical support provided a lead nurse. We will pay you for the renewal training that you complete.
