Situated in rural Sittingbourne, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to work in a busy accounts office.
You will be responsible for processing wages on to their specialist accounts system as well as dealing with general administration and data entry work for the organisation. You will also be cross checking invoices against daily reports and dealing with any issues that arise from this.
You will be fully IT literate and have experience of using a finance package. You will need good data entry skills and be able to work well as part of a small team.
You will be required to work 22.5 hours per week, however these can be flexible how they are made up as long as you are able to work on Wednesday and Thursday.
This will be starting in May and will be a temporary maternity cover position. Due to location, own transport is essential.
