I am excited to be recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join an expanding accounts team for an established business within the medical sector.
Having doubled in revenue within 3 months, the credit control position is a newly created role that is instrumental in the sustained growth and success of this business. The main duties will include:
* Arranging payment of outstanding client debt
* Checking credit records on databases and maintaining and updating these databases on a regular basis
* Keeping accurate records of payments
* Initiating legal procedures if debts are still not paid following initial action
* Discussing individual cases with legal officials
This is a business-critical role that requires a confident candidate with excellent negotiation skills. Customer service is at the heart of everything my client does so a natural ability to build relationships even in negative circumstances is a must as well as:
* Proven experience in Credit Control
* Wider knowledge of Sales ledger is advantageous
* Exceptional telephone manner
* Experience on NAV- advantageous
