You will be part of an exciting Tax Refund Team and each day you will have the opportunity to liaise with customers and HMRC to ensure the claims process progresses smoothly.

An important part of the job is to have the drive and ability to build a long term working relationship with our customers. Good written and spoken English is a requirement along with IT literacy.
We are dynamic and hardworking and we are looking for likeminded individuals to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

1. Support claims specialists with the set up and shutting down of self-assessment records via HMRC as well checking client tax codes.
2. Support processing operations with any admin task that will benefit the objective of increasing efficiency.
3. Fully utilise customer management systems, ensuring that relevant data is entered and updated.
4. Provide updates to clients on claim status.


Person Specification:
1. Enthusiastic to learn new skills.
2. Good telephone manner.
3. Able to use initiative.
4. Keen eye for detail.
5. Confident on computer systems such as Microsoft Office.
