We are currently recruiting for a well established and rapidly expanding organisation who are seeking to recruit a sales focused Customer Services Assistant to work in a fast paced and busy role. You will have responsibility for Customer service and for meeting customer service targets. There is an element of sales involved and therefore a strong telephone presence is required. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 15:00 - 22:00
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Having responsibility for customer contacts (via telephone, email and online) consistently delivering exceptional levels of customer service and meeting customer service targets.
You will be pro-active and used to up-selling, ensuring follow up action to maximise every opportunity which will include outbound calling.
Dealing with clients in a professional manner and managing client expectations
Maintaining a continuous knowledge of a customer requirements.
Accurate file management and data entry, including updating of databases and spreadsheets using Excel and in-house applications.
Work allocation to external sources
Internal and external communications
