We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Business Development Manager to work alongside our well established client in Swanley, Kent.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is looking to take the next step in their career, in a role that will allow you to develop your own client portfolio with the support of an experienced management team.
As the ideal candidate you will have a strong background in B2B sales, and the natural ability to build lasting business relationships.
An interest in, or previous knowledge of Environmental Engineering would be beneficial for this role.
We are looking for candidates with the following key skills and attributes;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous B2B sales experience
- Ambitious, with the drive to build a thriving client base
- Organised with a proactive approach
- Money motivated
- Works well within a team, as well as individually
