The Planner will provide an excellent service that ensures Responsive Repairs, Voids and Aids & Adaptations are scheduled and carried out to maximise the efficiency and cost of Circle Housing Property Services.

This role will undertake the following responsibilities:

· Demonstrates an analytical and methodical approach to problem solving.
· Absorbs and applies technical information.
· Has a thorough understanding of their job and how own role relates to other roles and to the business of the employer.
· Has defined areas of responsibility.
· May produce non-standard letters or reports.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

· .Experience of using complex IT systems
· Experience of using Windows Office (specifically excel)
· Experience in a resource planning role
· A proven ability to prioritise competing demands on time
· A track record of utilising problem solving skills in order to deliver best value
