EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR FULL / PART TIME CARE WORK
A large, established Domiciliary Care Company are currently hiring for Community Care Workers to join their expanding team, providing high quality care and support to vulnerable adults within their own homes. Full training will be provided.
We are based in Maidstone, but are looking for cover the following areas:
- SISSINGHURST
- CRANBROOK
- GOUDHURST
- LAMBERHURST
- TUNBRIDGE WELLS
What we look for:
• Honest individuals
• Good communication skills
• Respect for customers dignity, self-esteem and understanding of confidentiality
• Commitment to team work and the ability to work independently
• Ability to promote and maitain Health and Safety policies and procedures in the workplace
• A previous background in care is desirable but not essential as full training and shadowing will be provided.
• Car drivers are preferred
What we offer:
* Competitive rates of pay £10-£12 per hour
* Mileage paid at 22p per mile and 44p per mile if you work with a non driver
* Training and shadowing
* NVQ Level 3 Enrolment
* Full time and Part time hours
