An established and well respected independent Estate Agents are seeking an experienced/junior Sales Negotiator to join their sales team in their busy East Grinstead branch.
Responsibilities will include dealing with both applicants and vendors, arranging and conducting viewings and developing new business through Market Appraisals/Listing (training will be provided if necessary).
The firm offers a competitive basic salary and uncapped commission. A friendly team welcomes the right candidate, working in comfortable offices in a prime location and handling middle-upper market properties.
To be considered, you must be a self-starter, hungry, driven to succeed and a keen team player, you may not have previous experience within this industry, but a passion for sales/interest in property are essential.
Candidates MUST be able to work Saturdays.
