An exciting opportunity has arisen within North Kent College in the capacity of Receptionist at The Learning Shop.

Salary: Spine Points 9 (£15,473) – 13 (£17,287) pro rata

Location: The role is based at The Learning Shop (Bluewater), but the nature of the work will require travel to any of the College sites.

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 1pm – 6pm) / 52 weeks per annum

The post will involve acting as a front line Receptionist, representing The Learning Shop to our partners, stakeholders and customers. The effective running of the reception ensures that our customers are given relevant information in a professional, timely and efficient manner. In carrying out your duties, you will be required to liaise with colleagues and business partners to ensure that customers are given the information they require. A good understanding of Microsoft Excel is required for this role.
