HEAD CHEF – independent gastro pub - £35,000 +tips & bonus –
A beautifully refurbished gastro pub that is building an excellent reputation for their fresh food restaurant and popular bar.
The new owners are currently looking for a motivated and committed Head Chef to assist them with the continued success of this busy pub.
With a brigade of 3 chefs they prepare fresh, seasonal menus with an emphasis on locally sourced produce. The successful Head Chef will have full autonomy over the kitchen designing the menus, sourcing the best suppliers, costing, stock control and ordering.
The ideal Head Chef will have previous experience cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients, understand the financial aspects of running a profitable kitchen and be a strong man manager to bring out the best in their team.
