We are a well known name in the industry for providing quality, consultative solutions to our landlords and for providing excellent training and renumeration for our team. As a branch, we are always looking at new ways to improve our service and be the best in the area.

We are now looking for another Lettings Consultant to join our busy team. No lettings experience is necessary, but you must be able to demonstrate strong sales and negotiation skills and a desire to succeed.

Your duties will include:

Identifying potential new business and areas of growth.
Finding new ways to promote our service via networking and social media
Generating appointments for valuations
Meeting and greeting potential clients who come to the branch
Contacting clients on a regular basis and giving advice on their needs
Orqanising and managing your workload
Working to targets and deadlines

We need you to:

Be motivated to exceed targets
Have the ability to empathise with people and build good rapport
Be able to listen and identify customer and client requirements and to offer intelligent solutions
Be able to drive and have a full UK license
Be committed to developing your career and skills within the industry
Be able to do Saturday appointments with time off in the week
