Online Sales Assistant
Páramo, the award winning technical outdoor clothing brand, requires a Sales Assistant to join our Online Sales team based in Wadhurst, East Sussex.


The Role
You will operate sales through our in-house and third party online platforms ensuring a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you will help maintain and improve the integration of multi-channel retail within the Páramo systems.

The Online Sales Assistant is also required to;

• List items on eBay, writing content and taking photos of the garments where appropriate
• Pick and pack stock ready for despatch
• Process customer returns
• Provide exemplary customer service through all methods of communication, fielding queries on our garments and customer orders.


The Person
You will be a fast learner with good computer skills. You should be a good team player who is calm under pressure and able to follow instructions as well as work under your own initiative. You will be organised and decisive, with good attention to detail and communication skills.

An understanding of online sales environments is preferable and knowledge of selling on eBay would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will have GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) and, preferably, an IT qualification or demonstrable experience.
