Teacher of Maths required in September 2017 at a school in Rainham, Kent

A school based in Rainham are looking for a highly skilled Maths teacher to work within an enthusiastic, dedicated faculty and to teach across all three key stages. The post would suit an experienced or newly qualified teacher who is committed to teaching at the highest standards and raising the aspirations and achievements of our young people. Your new role
The position will see you teaching Maths to Key Stage 5. You will be responsible to plan, develop and deliver high quality lessons by using a variety of approaches. The role will involve monitoring student progress that includes assessment outcomes and targets set at intervals with the schools policies to enable the students to achieve their full potential.
What you'll need to succeed
A knowledge of the National curriculum for your subject. The ability to plan and teach effectively using a variety of strategies along with excellent interpersonal skills with both the students and staff. You will need to set high expectations to inspire and challenge the students. The ability to plan and teach well-structured lessons is a strong requirement and be able to adapt and respond to strengths and needs of all students.
