About the Digital Communications Coordinator

Our client requires a highly organised and creative person to improve the digital communications that they offer to their customers, staff and stakeholders.

You will be highly skilled at managing and developing websites, intranets as well as developing digital communications campaigns for a wide range of audiences.

You will demonstrate confidence when making recommendations that will drive forward digital transformation.

This role sits within the communications team but it is important that you possess strong communication and relationship development skills as you will be working closely with the ICT team as well as managing supplier relationships with their digital agency partners.


As the Digital Communications Coordinator it is important that you are able to demonstrate the following:

* Experience of digital marketing and web development including SEO
* Experience designing and coding for desktop, tablet, and mobile with a strong understanding of responsive design
* Able to create high quality, user-centred and action -focused digital content
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Planning and managing marketing/communications campaigns on multiple platforms
* Project management skills and providing technical expertise

It would also be beneficial if you had experience of using Interact and/or Umbraco CMS, Graphic design and experience of creating video content for websites AND/OR the ability to oversee a budget and deliver value for money
