Based in the heart of the Medway Towns, we are looking for an experienced Medical Secretary to carry out a 2 month temporary assignment starting at the beginning of April.
You will be providing full secretarial support to a team of GP's and the Practice Manager. This will include transcribing correspondence, typing letters and reports from both digital dictation as well as hand written notes. You will be booking hospital appointments and will liaise with patients with regards to their choices. You will handle telephone enquiries, in a professional and courteous manner and carry out general office duties as required.
You must have previous Medical Secretarial experience and have a professional adaptable approach to work. You must have excellent audio and copy typing skills and experience and be able to work in a busy challenging environment.
Hours of work are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday starting at the beginning of April. If this is you, contact us immediately.
