Do you have secretarial experience that you have gained from working in a busy legal practice, and are you available for an immediate start?
New Appointments group are recruiting on behalf of our client a law firm in Kent. We are seeking a confident and assertive Legal Secretary to work within a Personal Injury department.
Duties will include providing full secretarial support to the PI team including arranging appointments, dealing with client queries in person and by telephone, together with the preparation of correspondence and documents by audio typing via the digital dictation system.
You will need to have:
* Previous experience in a Personal Injury Department.
* Competent in the use of MS Word and Outlook.
* Proficient audio typist skills.
* Familiarity with the use of Practice Management System (Legal Office/Videss).
This is a full time Monday-Friday role, if you have the skills listed please apply to this advert.
