Site Manager required in Bromley (5 week contract)
Site Manager required immediately to cover a 5 week period, Working on an extension to a pre-existing Retirement Home in Bromley. The extension consists of 15 new units plus common areas. Project is currently 3 months from completion with all works now internal.
You will be no.1 on site There will be a 1 week handover either side of your cover with the existing Site Manager.
Rate is negotiable on experience but in the £21 - £23 range
First Aid, CSCS and SMSTS required
Start Date - Monday 27th March
