Full Time - Temp to Perm



Randstad CPE is working in partnership with a large Facilities Services provider to identify experienced, highly skilled and qualified Maintenance Operatives. Having reassessed the workload on a several busy commercial and industrial contract they now need to bolster and expand their maintenance team.



You will be a friendly, motivated, reliable and hardworking individual, with a proven track record of working on commercial maintenance contracts. Further requirements include:



* Extensive knowledge of fabric repairs, General Building work, Brickwork, Re-pointing and Shuttering
* Additional trades skills such advantageous such as: groundwork and minor electrical repairs
* Experience working in a high-end client facing role
* Full valid UK driving license



As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative on this contract, you will be part of a team who complete reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance across a busy commercial business park contract. This role will also offer you:



* 40 hour working week
* Opportunity to gain full-time permanent position with the company
