My client is searching for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer experienced in Citrix, Windows Servers, Exchange and Office 365.

The Infrastructure Engineer will lead in the maintenance, support and the effective provisioning, installation, configuration and operation of all ICT hardware and software systems.

Key Responsibilites;

* Proactively manage the ICT network and infrastructure to ensure that it provides the levels of service and availability.
* Proactively monitor, maintain and support all ICT systems, including software applications; Host & Virtual servers; storage and network infrastructure; and IP-based telephony system.
* Support the ICT Operations Manager as necessary from time-to-time, including overseeing and guiding the work of ICT Support Desk colleagues within the team.
* Provide 1st/2nd/3rd level support function as needed, ensuring that user support calls (email, telephone or face-to-face) are responded to in accordance with agreed service levels.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of the network infrastructure and server configuration, and maintenance processes.

Technical Exposure;

* Windows server 2008/2012 domain
* 2nd /3rd line supporting a VMware-based virtual environment v5.5
* 2nd /3rd line supporting a Windows Desktop OS Win7/Win8/Win10
* 2nd /3rd line supporting of Citrix environments XenApp v6.5 upwards
* In-depth knowledge of Windows infrastructure environment (Exchange 2010+; Windows 2008/2012R2 Active Directory; DNS; DHCP,ADFS.
* In-depth knowledge of Citrix infrastructure, including XenApp 6.5; Citrix Access Gateway; Netscalers; Citrix Web Interface Servers; Citrix user profile management; Application delivery; PVS Provisioning
* PCI\DSS Compliance awareness knowledge
* Strong MS Office 365 and SharePoint knowledge
* Good working knowledge of IP Networking including Cisco Switches; Wireless Routers and soft phones (Lync\Jabber)
* 2nd /3rd line security application support: Email Gateway (Mimecast); Internet gateway (Websense); Mobile device & application security (Airwatch, Good); Patch management systems Qualsys
* 2nd/3rd line support of IP Telephony systems: Cisco Call Manager v9+ (Redstone, Zeacom)
