Maternity cover required for minimum 8 months (from May 2017) at busy country pub.
This post is ideally suited to a chef with previous restaurant experience of at least 1 year, applicants must have experience in all sections of the kitchen, minimum level 2 catering and food hygiene.
We are a traditional pub and restaurant in a remote location therefore own transport will be essential.
Up to 37 hours per week available including evenings and weekends. split shifts 10am-3pm 6pm-10pm.
Hours and rates of pay can be discussed based on previous experience. Starting at £8.00 per hour plus excellent tips.
Our menu is varied and offers both pub classics and full restaurant menu, applicants for the post must be able to work to a high standard in a busy environment, be adaptable to change and demonstrate commitment to the job and work well within a team.
