If you’re looking for a fun, busy and exciting working environment then look no further! Red Eagle Recruitment (AGY) are looking to recruit 4 confident and motivated Referencing Specialists for our client based outside the Folkestone area.
You will be part of a growing team who are motivated to always work to the best of their abilities, whilst this is not a sales role you will be working towards weekly individual and team targets.
The role of Referencing Specialist will include:
• To process and administer the applications of prospective tenants for letting agents.
• Working in close contact with customers, accuracy and attention to details is key as you see through an application from start to finish.
• You will source and collate all the relevant information in order to produce clear and factual reference reports that show our customers which tenancies could be secure and reliable.
• My clients commitment to their staff is second to none, there will be on-going specialist training to ensure you can continue to provide the highest standards of customer care and support.
This role would be great for someone who has a previous sales background although it is not essential, the ability to be confident with a variety of clients it a key motivator.
To be considered for the role you must have:
Essential:
• Excellent telephone manner with the ability to confident even in difficult situations.
• Intermediate Computer / Typing Skills (Basic functions such as copy, paste, undo, open new browser tabs; ideally using shortcuts as well as a good typing speed)
• Intermediate Maths (Calculator will be available but adding a large amount of figures together to find percentages and averages)
• Good English & Grammar
• A very strong eye for detail and accuracy
• Ability to be able to prioritise your own workload and multitask on multiple cases.
• A desire to learn and develop as well as constructively use any feedback provided
• A positive can do attitude
• A polite & professional phone manner
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining the highest level of accuracy
• Ability to ‘think outside the box’ in finding solutions to problems
• Ability to identify key parts of information
Desirable:
• Negotiating skills
• A drive to succeed / ambitious
Working hours will be Monday - Friday (FULL TIME) 9am - 5:30pm
