Our CAF Bank division is seeking a highly motivated, pro-active, experienced Fraud Specialist to work within our Fraud, Reconciliation and Card team.

The Fraud Specialist role requires the job holder to undertake anti-fraud activities across all relevant business areas within CAF Bank Ltd and responsible for:
• all areas of day-to-day fraud management, investigation and prevention, including liaising with customers and banks;
• compiling management information and external reporting on fraud matters for CAF Bank;
• drafting monthly fraud reports for CAF Bank for consideration at Board/Exec meetings;
• lead development and implementation of anti-fraud awareness and training programmes within CAF Bank and support initiatives across CAF;
• managing the dispute and chargeback process for CAF Bank card products

Essential to this role is a strong background in retail banking and fraud investigation. Ideally you will have experience dealing with card, cheque and other transactional fraud. You will have good analytical skills to detect current and emerging fraud trends.

You will be working in a small team of fraud, reconciliation and card specialists ensuring the delivery of an efficient and effective service to our customer base. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workloads. As a good team player you will be adaptable and willing to learn the reconciliation and card roles within the team.
