A school in Aylesford which is near Maidstone are seeking a Year 4 Teacher to join their team. This position is on a 5 week placement and is to begin in April 2017 working in a ‘Good’ Ofsted report School. Both NQTs and experienced Teachers can be considered for this role.

The School are looking to meet the correct Candidate as soon as possible for an informal interview. The School based in Aylesford and are seeking a supportive and well informed teacher to lead a year 4 class through the academic year. The school is a one form entry with 19 children.

The school focus on making education fun by keeping parents involved and help encourage their child when at home. The Head Teacher invites any candidate in to view the school as they want to make sure it’s a correct setting for the teacher and children. The head teacher treats her school like a family as it is very small so the candidate will need to be quick at settling into a new environment if they are used to a bigger school.

The School's ideal candidate would need to have recent teaching experience, Strong classroom management skills, can promote cultural development, and Close the gap in performance of all pupils with special educational needs or disabilities.
