My Client, a company with an enviable position in their market sector, is now looking to recruit a Microbiologist - contract, to perform microbiological analysis of products.
The Role: Microbiologist - 6 - 12 month contract
Perform Microbiological analysis of products
Record, interpret and communicate results
Ensure that products are released in shortest possible lead-time.
Root cause investigations using Lean six sigma methodology.
Prepare media required to conduct all microbiological testing
Create, review and maintain quality control procedures
Review and manage inventory
internal quality audits
Provide quality advice and guidance
Contribute to and participate in continuous improvement activities
Experience / Qualifications / Skills: Microbiologist - 6 - 12 month contract
Degree Level in Microbiology
Experience in related industry - FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Food, Paint etc.
Knowledge of ISO 22716 advantageous
Audit experience
Competent user of SAP/R3 systems desired.
Fast decision maker
Strong relationship builder
