We are a Kent-based B2B (Business 2 Business) lead generation and marketing company.

We are looking for good telemarketers to work 20-30 hours per week from home.

Hours are somewhat flexible, but tend to be 9.30-12.30 and 1.30-4.30 weekdays.

Projects are varied and different for every client – ranging from data cleansing, telemarketing, appointment setting, customer engagement or re engagement. Most of the time it is to raise awareness of our clients services and find people interested to meet or buy.

We always call businesses, we don’t ever call people in their own homes.

We work in many sectors such as training, telecoms, office supplies, recruitment and financial to name a few.

This work isn’t easy, it can be repetitive and you really need a thick skin to work in telesales. You’ll be presenting opportunities and you’ll get your fair share of “no thanks!”

We’re looking for people able to quickly learn and adapt to a variety of clients and their needs and want those who can show initiative and not have to stick to a “script” to get people to “yes!”

The interview process will start with a good chat on the phone or on skype.

You need to be computer literate and a fairly good typist.
This is a Self-Employed role and if you are unsure what this means please ask and we can explain.

The hourly pay is between £7-£8 per hour depending on experience.
You’ll also need a home office: reliable computer, broadband, and the ability to make unlimited daytime calls to UK Landlines.
