Our client based on the outskirts of Maidstone are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team.
The role will also involve shipping duties, requests for payments and after sales.
• Setting up new customer files
• Process orders
• Send proforma invoice to customers
• Put orders in to production once deposit, or signback is received.
• Confirm shipping instructions with the customer
• Create shipping instructions
• Follow up sales leads/send quotes from business cards collected at shows.
• General administration duties.
• Run a daily Truck out Report and liaise with Operations for a scan of the Original Bill of Lading, Commercial Inv, Pl and CO.
• Check Docs received from Operations and resolve any queries before shipping
• File Cover lists of Original Docs sent to UK office from the factories
• Check all Original Bills of Ladings and docs against Cover lists when they come in by courier, log them on PDC and Print a Customer Invoice and Packing List
• Update Invoices on PDC at least twice a week.
• Carry out the daily shipping report and distribute by email to specific personnel
• General Administration including e-mails, filing, archiving etc...
Due to the location transport is essential.
