I am recruiting a part time Data Quality and Control Officer to support the administration of Client Billing, Co-ordinate all issues concerning Client Billing, providing technical support, advice and a quality service to both external and internal customers.
Main duties and responsibilities:
*Support and administer the client billing system, including the setting up of client billing runs, checking invoices, and dealing with queries concerning the running of reports, to ensure the provision of efficient and effective systems supporting business requirements.
*Understand the Authority's coding structure, in relation to charging for Adult Social Care.
*Act as the main point of contact for Service User's / Representatives in relation to complex invoicing issues arising from social care charging. Investigate such complex queries and external enquiries.
*Understand the financial assessment processes including the authorities charging policies currently completed by Assessment Officers in order to be able to provide advice and assistance where required. Be aware of the benefit maximisation service provided.
*Be responsible for the monitoring of data associated with social care charging ensuring that all relevant and required input to systems is maintained.
*Update, modify and retrieve data on Social Care Charging, preparing standard and non standard reports, cross checking data held on different systems to ensure accuracy in order to meet the business requirement.
*Provide advice and support to internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to the charging of Service Users and system technical matters, in order to guarantee the smooth collection of income.
*Organise, maintain and review the contact details of Service Users/ Representatives in order to complete large scale mail merges to support the Assessment & Income function in its production and dissemination of information in to the public in an effective and timely way as required.
The successful candidate will be required to register at our office in Kings Hill, West Malling.
