We’re looking for a strong Service Advisor to join our Team in Ashford at our Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle and SEAT Passenger Car dealership.
Your role will be to receive customers and their vehicles, in a friendly and professional manner, plus discuss and confirm their requirements. You will also take responsibility for the customer relationship whilst their vehicle is in for a service or repair.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience in aftersales and have fantastic customer service skills. Ideally, you will have a strong Service Advisor background, be very friendly and will get a buzz out of building new and lasting relationships with our customers. You will also enjoy using your sales skills to sells other products and services that the customers may want or need.
You will be very influential, kind and thorough with everything you do and have the customers' best interests at heart.
