We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team in Ashford at our Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle and SEAT Passenger Car dealership on Orbital Park.

A bit about you..
You will be a natural leader and motivator of people, plus must have had previous experience within the aftersales department of a main dealer. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional customer satisfaction whilst maintaining departmental profitability. You will a highly motivated self starter, with exceptional communication skills whilst thriving under the pressure of a busy Service department and Workshop.

A bit about the role...
•Lead, motivate and inspire a team including training, development and performance management.
•Review the Service department's performance to ensure the customer experience is the best it can be.
•Understand and utilise financial KPI's to improve the business.
•Work within a multi-franchise environment.
•Communicate effectively at all levels from the workshop floor to board level.
•Maintain manufacturer relationships and adhere to manufacturer standards.
•Motivate themselves and be results driven.
•Use manufacturer and internal systems confidently and have strong IT skills.
