A large Domiciliary Care Company based in Maidstone is seeking a Weekend On-Call Supervisor to handle any out of hours issues and emergencies, on either a fortnightly or weekly basis.
The Weekend On-Call Supervisor will be expected to collect the On-Call Mobile and have a handover meeting on Friday afternoon at the Maidstone offices, and to return the mobile with notes at Monday Morning handover.
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Informing customers of any lateness
o Updating carers of any cancelled calls or changes to their roster
o Handle any carer sickness/covering carer work
o Advise carers and customers in the case of an emergency
What my client is looking for:
⎫ Previous Domiciliary Care Experience as a carer or supervisor
⎫ NVQ 2 or 3 is desirable but not essential
⎫ Reliable and get the job done nature
⎫ Good customer and carer relationship management
Training will be provided.
