Minimum 16 hours per week with a flex up to 20 hours per week.

2 - 3 evenings per week 7pm - 11pm and one day over the weekend for 8 hours either Saturday or Sunday.

As an Inbound Travel Consultant you will:

-Effectively handling incoming telephone enquiries from customers
who are looking to purchase the firms many travel products.

- You'll be a natural people person able to advise customers on the
best travel offers available for their trip.

- Making sales by providing excellent service and completing bookings. The whole ethos of this company is "Sales Via Service" - they enjoy a 98% customer satisfaction rate. There is no cold calling.
