I Am currently recruiting a Technical Support Officer based in Ashford to be the first point of contact for enquiries and incidents referred by the Contact Centre or other parts of Highways Transportation &Waste and give advice to the public.

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact within the team for the Contact Centre, provide answers where appropriate and refer other matters to team members for completion.

- Continuous update of the customer service and works ordering modules of confirm along with update of the asset database as assets are upgraded or added due to residential developments or other changes occur on site.

- Assist in the production of future programmes of work for approval, including obtaining specialist information and disseminate within HT&W and to other stakeholders as appropriate.

- Collect and collate relevant records and statistics for the team.

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required. These will include members of the public and elected representatives.

The successful candidate will be required to register at our office in Kings Hill, West Malling.
