Saga is embarking on a significant digital journey which has led to the requirement for additional engineering resource within the ecommerce analytical and tools team. This position will be based in the group IT function and will be part of a team tasked with the set-up, configuration and ongoing support and expertise on a wide range of web monitoring and marketing systems.

The successful candidate will be expected to work alongside both the IT and business teams to deliver projects and support across all Saga business divisions on what are increasingly considered to be business critical, especially as the volume of customer contact increases through this medium.

The team provide support on many applications including SpeedTrap, Adobe Analytics/Target and webchat and any successful candidate would require demonstrable experience in s similar environment.
Knowledge of Tag manager solutions, Javascript/JQuery and regex.
The role is part of a current support team and there will be a requirement to partake in the on-call support rotation and be flexible to undertake essential work outside of normal business hours.
There will be project work to complete, which should be done in a professional manner.
