Our client is a successful and established provider of 3D design services. They are seeking a new Business Development Executive to research, analyse and target new customers through a variety of marketing and sales methods.
The ideal candidate should have a background in a B2B service sector and should be commercially aware; able to research potential clients, spot trends and opportunities, manage data and then market and sell to targeted prospects to develop business. Marketing activity will involve direct mail and social media together with use of CRM software to target and track results. Sales activity will involve engaging with prospective clients both on the phone or face to face and working with the design team to prepare and deliver proposals.
The successful candidate should therefore be able to demonstrate an ability to use a strategic marketing and sales plan to develop business with suitable clients and should have 3 or more years’ experience in a similar role, preferably to include some experience within a small business.
The role will involve regular UK and international travel mainly to attend exhibitions and trade events and will otherwise be office based in Maidstone.
