Our client is currently looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their growing team in Maidstone!

Our client is highly skilled within the Commercial and Residential sector and deal with a range of projects including; education, care homes, hospitality, leisure and residential.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• You will assist with the development of design briefs with the relevant Project Managers and Building Occupiers.
• Obtain necessary statutory approvals related to the designs.
• Production and submission of relevant documentation.
• Provide technical support and advice on aspects such as maintenance and refurbishments.
• Feasibility reports, cost estimates and preparation of full design packages.
• Liaise with the design team to ensure effective coordination and planning of the design work.

For this role you will have the following experience:
• 5 years’ experience within a practice environment.
• Experience working with both commercial and residential projects.
• High experience in producing preparation drawings.
• Ideally possess a level qualification in relation to Architectural Technology.
• Experience within CAD and REVIT.
• Desired to have a good knowledge of UK Building regulations.
