CMS are looking for a reliable Maintenance Manager to oversee a Production line, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities. The successful applicant will be the one to ensure that the Team have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to the budget. A great Maintenance Manager will have to have solid understanding/experience of plumbing, electrical systems as well production line repair and re-design if needed. You will be well-versed in all maintenance process, health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting and budgeting. The goal is to ensure the company production line and facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company’s business operations.

Responsibilities

1.Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation

2.Carry out inspections of the production line and facilities to identify and resolve issues

3.Check electrical/air and hydraulic systems to ensure functionality

4.Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities

5.Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff

6.Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary

7.Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance

8.Manage relationship with contractors and service providers

9.Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities

10.Ensure health and safety policies are complied with

Requirements

1.Proven experience as maintenance manager

2.Experience in planning maintenance operations

3.Solid understanding of technical aspects of electrical/air/hydraulic systems

4.Working Knowledge of production line

5.Ability to keep and track report on activity

6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7.Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities

8.High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in Business Administration, facility management

9.Valid certified Maintenance Manager (CMM)
