A great opportunity to join a growing company based in Tunbridge Wells. As a small office you will need to be able to work autonomously as the manager and other staff will often be out of the office so it can be at times quiet. It is a very down to earth and enjoyable environment for the right person. An immediate start is available.
The role will initially start as a 3 month contract with potential to go permanent.
Daily duties will include;
- Assisting the manager whenever he is in the office
- Working in a database
- Sending and receiving e-mails
- Sending out brochures when requested by customers
- Working on an apple mac in a bespoke software program
- Data entry
