Our client based in the Sevenoaks area is looking to recruit for a 1st Line IT Technical Support position. The role is primarily providing service users with a technical support service whilst ensuring a high level of customer care.
The main duties of the role are:
• Prioritise and answer all calls assigned, owning calls through to resolution as defined by SLAs, maintaining and prioritizing your calls appropriately.
• Answer any phone calls that come through on your line. Schedule and coordinate any phone call follow-ups with customers.
• Work through support cases assigned, assisting / escalating to Senior Level 1's / Level 2 as needed for technical guidance.
• Process hardware replacements as needed
Applicants must possess the following skills:
• Technical Support experience or call centre experience.
• Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong desire to learn and the ability to thrive in an environment filled with learning new technologies, including hardware training.
