Our client a manufacturing company based near Sevenoaks is looking to recruit a Research & Technology Manager to join their team and lead all their research and development. The successful candidate will have a research and development background and will have the ability to manage the R & D staff and programmes within agreed budgets.
The main duties of the role are:
• Control and manage all the company’s research and development functions to include feasibility studies and product innovation.
• Development of new products and improvement of existing products.
• Approval of technical literature for the company.
• Supervising all external projects or clinical evaluations.
• Assisting with troubleshooting production problems.
