£25,000 (plus profit share - paid quarterly)
If you are an established Sales Negotiator looking for a fresh perspective, and want to be part of a strong team, then we have the role for you! Carlton Recruitment is pleased to announce that our prestigious client is currently seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their team based in West Wickham. Your role will include:
Lead engagement meeting and greeting customers and clients both face to face and over the phone
Matching customer needs between buying & selling of properties
Key Responsibilities
Vendor care
Negotiation of offers
Valuations
Listing of new instructions
Generating and accompanying appointments for viewings and valuations
Telephoning customers with new properties that have become available
Personal Specification
Proven background in estate agency
Experience with valuations and property listings
Computer literate
Driving License and own vehicle
Needs to be a people person with a bright disposition who is determined to do things the right way whilst winning business and creating new opportunities
Self-motivated, highly focused, and looking for a long-term, challenging, varied role
Able to work well within a team
