CXK is looking to recruit up to 4 Employment Coordinators to join the Training and Mentoring team, to deliver across various areas of Kent by building an effective portfolio of employers to support CXK services, including apprentice and pre-apprenticeship services, Elevate Study Programme and any other service requiring employment support. These contracts will be initially for a fixed term, with the potential to become permanent.

The successful candidate will:
• Develop strong relationships with employees in a range of industries and businesses.
• Secure vacancies / job opportunities for Apprentices aged 16-24 years old.
• Keep in touch with employers to secure repeat business and promote our clients as the provider of choice.
• Keep up to date with apprenticeship reforms and employment legislation to advise employers and beneficiaries about their choices and obligations.
• Promote the positive advantages of participation and work with others to support individuals to ensure employment is sustained.
