CMS are recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant on behalf of a registered care home close to Dover, to work on a permanent basis.
As a Senior Care Assistant you will be responsible for supporting management in all aspects of the home’s running, and to work as part of a team to provide the highest standards of care.
The ideal candidate will be compassionate, tolerant and flexible, with both the ability to work well without supervision and the ability to work well as part of a team. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years previous experience working in a care setting, caring for the elderly and Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent is essential.
