We are looking for an organised and reliable Sales Administrator and Customer service team member to join our existing Sale Team. Reporting in to the General Manager, duties include:
- Processing orders received by E-mail, Fax and Telephone accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining contact with customers to up-date the status of sales in process, advising delays in delivery or obtaining proof of delivery of goods
- Answer the telephone, dealing with customer enquiries and re-directing calls as appropriate
- Working closely with dedicated sales managers on a day to day basis
- Liaising with the Warehouse manager regarding outstanding stock and orders
- Managing and exceeding Customers expectations at all times
Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30am – 5.00pm
Firesense Limited is a Manufacturer and leading Distributor of Fire Detection Equipment with customers spanning the UK, predominantly the South East. Due to continuing growth and product diversification we are looking for a new Sales Administrator to work within an existing team.
Your main objective will be to work closely with several dedicated sales Managers, entering and processing orders accurately and efficiently whilst continually delivering excellent Customer service. You will need strong inter-personal skills to work with our Customers, Sales Managers and Warehouse Staff. The role would suit a school leaver or first time employee, however all applications will be considered – essential is a positive ‘Can Do’ approachable attitude. This is an excellent opportunity with a growing business, offering genuine career opportunities and progression.
