A perfectionist when it comes to filing and documents?
You could be our next Technical Executive
09.30-17.30 3 days a week, 21 hours a week. You choose which days... but not Fridays.
We launched our company in 2015 and its gone from strength to strength so we need more help. We need someone who knows what it’s like to be in an office environment with experience of being on the phone to clients or suppliers. You’re great at organising and honestly believe in the power of customer service.
We really take care of our people, so it’s important that you’re right for us and we’re right for you, Good with figures? Pernickety and particular about how things look? We love that.
You’ll enjoy extracting data from all kinds of sources, from endless sheets of excel data to a shoebox full of client receipts. You’re a natural detective who always manages to find answers and isn’t afraid to ask for what they need to get the job done.
You’re fine speaking to senior managers, finance directors and accountants and find it easy to be specific and clear with instructions. You need to be comfortable with the idea of doing credit control, no experience here necessary, just be willing. You love to follow process and are never precious about rolling your sleeves up where necessary.
Working here always means new stuff is happening and we want you to get involved.
If you join us, you’ll be on a steep learning curve but don’t worry we have the best training ever and will support you all the way.
Essential skills:
• Excellent data entry skills
• A natural eye for detail
• Good figure skills
• Intermediate excel knowledge
• Professional and friendly
• A desire to be a problem solver
Desirable skills, which would be an advantage but not absolutely essential:
• Credit control experience
• Work history involving liaising with demanding clients
• Any finance department experience
