IT Account Manager
Location: Maidstone
Salary: Up to £25,000
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a service delivery role
About the Role
My client, a leading provider of IT Managed Service solutions, are looking to on-board a customer facing account manager with a view of developing them into a fully-fledged service manager. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with new and existing customers, helping them to understand the services provided. You will demonstrate the organisation's devotion to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* Follow the business strategy for providing excellent customer service to key clients and developing those relationships.
* Be a champion of change and improve the experience of clients by identifying areas of service improvement
* Proactively identify customer issues with SLA performance and customer contracts
* Be a reassuring point of resolution for customer issues
* Integrate yourself into the customer businesses' and the way they do things
* Liaise with multiple teams to develop efficient solutions to technical, operational and project problems
* Set up face-to-face and conference calls with a variety of customers
Requirements
* Experience working with an IT Service Provider previously
* Willingness to travel to meet clients
* Able to obtain SC Security Clearance
* Experience of a customer-focused role, developing relationships
* A diplomatic, motivated approach
* Great Microsoft Office skills
* Able to present to senior figures of a business
