An excellent opportunity to join fast growing software company that develops hotel and holiday park management and Point of Sale software. Ideally you will have experience working in the front office of a hotel or holiday park in the UK. You will be based at our UK Head Office in Kent.
Ideal job if coming from the hospitality industry and don't want to do shift work! Many career progression opportunities as our operation grows.
You will be first point of contact in dealing with our customers in the UK and worldwide. Main tasks will be to
-Deliver excellent customer support to our customers
-Raise service requests
-Work as part of a global support team
-8.30-5pm Monday - Friday, occasional out of hours support (paid)
