My well-respected Estate Agency client is looking for a SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR for their successful and busy office.

Key Skills:
•Assisting with viewings and applicant registrations
•Working to personal and branch targets
•Valuation and listing experience NOT essential
•Administration duties
•Responsible for taking and negotiating offers
•Dealing with landlords and prospective tenants
•Strong resilient canvassing skills

Requirements:
•6 months+ experience in residential lettings
•Good knowledge of the local area
•Full UK driving licence & own car
•Well-presented and professional appearance
•Good communication and strong negotiation skills
•Good Attention to detail and organised
•Able to work under pressure
